Free Downloads ($0.00)
All Tool-Books on our Site are available for free download. If you completed checkout at $0.00, no financial transaction occurred, and no refund is applicable.
Voluntary Contributions
Contributions made through our Site are voluntary donations to support the Tangled Brain project. Because these are donations and not purchases of goods or services, they are generally non-refundable.
We understand that mistakes happen. If you experience any of the following, we’re happy to help:
Accidental charge: If you were charged an amount you did not intend, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request and issue a refund if appropriate.
Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction, contact us and we will refund the duplicate amount promptly.
Technical error: If a technical issue prevented you from receiving your download after making a contribution, contact us and we will either resolve the issue or process a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@mytangledbrain.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order number or the email address used at checkout, the date of the transaction, and a brief description of the issue.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
